The Pre-listing inspection is contracted by clients who are planning to put their home up for sale.
The information you receive during this inspection can be used a couple of ways.
You will be prepared for what the buyer’s home inspector is likely to find. This allows you to decide how much you are prepared to reduce the asking price for when the negotiation begins.
It can also offer you an opportunity to address the defects and repair them or replace aging components before putting the home on the market.
Your home will be inspected as though it was a pre purchase inspection, so you will have all the information you need before you list.
